BENGALURU: Acting on the instructions of the Special Court of Elected Representatives, the Bengaluru city police on Saturday registered a case against Member of the Bundestag from Karnataka and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The case also includes officials law enforcement bureauPrevious state president of the bjp Naleen Kumar Kateel, State bjp President BY Vijayendra and others have been accused of electoral bonds.
In early April this year, our city RTI activist Adarsh R. Iyer has filed a complaint in court accusing the above-mentioned persons of committing a crime and requested the court to open a case and investigate through the police.
