New Delhi: congress President Malika Junhag About to attend the swearing-in ceremony prime minister-elect Narendra Modi on Sunday received an invitation from the Leader of the Opposition in the Union House, ANI reported quoting sources. Sources revealed that the invitation was sent by BJP leader Pralhad Joshi on Saturday evening.
This comes after the opposition said on Saturday that the Indian bloc leader had not yet received an invitation to attend the swearing-in ceremony.
“So far, we have not received any information from the government. We have not received any invitation… foreign leaders have been invited. As the main opposition party and the leadership of the Indian bloc, we have not been informed. I do not know the government How are you feeling,” Congress general secretary KC Venugopal said.
The swearing-in ceremony of Modi and the cabinet is scheduled to take place at 7:15 pm on Sunday.
