These subtle switches in areas of language enable movements which help switch the feelings of being trapped, ill, and depressed in body consciousness to feelings of bliss, ease, and Joy in the soul’s consciousness.
Words can create or destroy thoughts and emotions. A minor modification in our words can bring about a major change in how we think, determine the issues, and act upon them. For example, the transition from usage of the statement ‘I am a body’ to ‘I have a body’ This also includes the change ‘I am sick and in pain’ to ‘My body is sick and in pain’.
This consciousness as a non corporealistic portion of us also safe keeps our inner self, because the soul is not attached to anything and therefore cannot be destroyed. Aside from being deified, serfdom, status and property are best explained in terms of looking after them on behalf of someone else-a nominal owner devoid of rights and obligations to the property.
Our globe has two aspects – the inner world and the external world. The inner world This is comprised of our sensations and ideas – the inner psychological side or sanskaras. Outer world is a mixture of the physical bodies of ourselves, the positions we hold within our families, workplaces, or societies, as well as, most importantly, our material possessions and social interactions. If we change our inner world, our outer and physical world automatically changes since outer world is the outer reflection of the inner world.
Often, we put forth great effort to construct and uphold an attractive outer world, no matter how temporary it is. In like manner, we cannot build a systemic outer world where peace, joy, and success come naturally, without having a stunning inner world that is full of peace and love.
In order to gain entry into the inner world of productive calmness and challenging meditation, we have to change our framework. From seeing our surroundings and gross perceptive awareness, we have advanced to seeing the light aspect of our soul as a mere point, the inner structure of the being, spirit.
People who believe that externality is one’s only reality take pleasure that is centered on the senses. Very few try to achieve genuine inner peace, happiness from inner silence, and sacred contemplation. Their quality of health and differences in the type of life they live come from body awareness posture and from soul awareness potential respectively.
However, it is pleasant to be in love, peace, and happiness, no matter the circumstances of life, which is not always smooth sailing. Circumstances have a disruptive effect on people and are seen as cause for exposing a person’s soul.
This is why in modern uncongenial conditions turning of calm has to be done. As negative trends are easy to fall into due to our nature, we must try to change and heal ourselves for better rather than wait for external factors to do that for us.
Spiritual growth cannot take place without the transformation of consciousness. In order to gain such improvement of the inner self and such empowerment of their being, four basic instruments have to be employed: acquiring godly knowledge, meditate on the sovereignty, cultivating divine values, and taking genuine service to mankind by nature.
The constant adoption and implementation of the promoted self and social progressive strategies would yield a better and healthier environment, happiness, harmony, and sustainability in overall trends.
