The play Tagore Theater was performed by the Shulini University drama club and it was based on their annual production. Gagan Dama Baggio is an attention grabbing musical portrait of Shahid Azam Bhagat Singh’s life.

A play written by Piyush Mishra, an actor, a poet and a musician himself, gives an intense reproduction of Bhagat Singh’s heroic journey in life showcasing his unflinching bravery, super intelligence and immense love for our nation.
The show’s music instructor, Manoj ThaparGagan Damama Bajyo is an all-rounder actor who completed his studies at the National School of Drama in 2019, and brings rich experience to Gagan Damama Bajyo. Thapar’s active abilities help to improve the theatrical content hence showcasing his commitment to performing arts in general through his craft.
The play has a clear message: we are always afraid of undertaking something new because of fear though having confidence will give us real independence. Its strong meaning and great acting that captures the transformative nature as well as the indomitable essence of art rebellion.
International teacher, dramatist, and performer Ankur Bashar is also a director, vocal coach, performance artist, poet and playwright. He obtained an MA in Performance Studies from Ambedkar University and another one in Acting from the famous National Institute of Drama. He now works as a junior researcher for the Ministry of Culture.
