According to the notice, the electric vehicle company run by Bhavish Aggarwal has to respond within 15 days of receiving the notice.
Confirming the scope of complaints related to Ola Electric, Nidhi Khare, Secretary, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, said, “The CCPA is investigating a large number of complaints against Ola Electric, mainly related to inefficiencies in service. We hope that the company will resolve these issues in a timely manner to consumers.” problems faced.
