These incidents came into limelight after many explicit videos appeared online allegedly showing Prajwal committing such acts. Presently SIT is handling matters. It is reported that Prajwal went to Germany on April 27th, the day after voting at Hassan and has not returned since then because he is still being sought by police there as well as Interpol through a blue corner notice.
In another development, Prajwal Revanna’s mother Bhavani Revanna got anticipatory bail from Karnataka High Court today morning in a kidnapping case registered by KR Nagar police in Mysore.
Incidentally also her husband former minister HD Revanna and JDS MLA from Holenarasipura constituency are accused too.
Justice Krishna S Dixit having granted leave allowed her application stating that her interim anticipatory bail dated June 7th had been confirmed.
According to their bench Bhavani Revanna answered eighty-five questions posed to her by the SIT within three days as soon as she appeared before the IO.
Petitioners cannot move around in entire Mysuru or Hassan districts; however this does not mean that cops will hesitate to visit such places for investigation purposes only according to this same bench.
