New Delhi: Kanchanjungha Express bound for Sealdah with a truck According to a senior Northern Frontier Railway (NFR) official, an explosion occurred near New Jalpaiguri on Monday morning. According to PTI, the incident took place at around 9 am near Rangapani, near New Jalpaiguri station.
