Amaravati: Declared, Home Minister of Andhra Pradesh V Anitha. “One item has been approved compensation Rs 10 lakh assistance provided to family of 9-year-old girl gang rape In Nandyal district. The girl, who was last seen playing in a park in Mucchumarri village is alleged to have been gang-raped by three boys and pushed into the Mucchumarri lift irrigation canal on July 7.”
The girl’s body is still untraceable as Anisha said that there are contradictory statements regarding her whereabouts from the boys. The police planned to arrest them and forward them to juvenile court.
In another case a fine of Rs. 5 lakhs has also been slapped on the chief minister for allegedly sexually assaulting a baby girl in vizianagaram district by one male relative. Anisha said that she would hold the money on behalf of the child in trust.
According to police, a six-month-old baby was “spoiled” by Dora, known as grandfatherly figure aged 40 years in Ramabhadrapuram village on Saturday. This occurred when her mother was out shopping groceries.
Dora later arrested under Section 65 (2) of BNS Act and Section 5 (M) of Protection Of Children From Sexual Offenses Act (POCSO) with 6 and had since been remanded. Police stated that it took almost ten minutes during which Dora pretended not to know anything and made drunken excuses for being unaware of her actions
