A snake was found inside the body of an Amazon pack sent to a woman from Bengaluru. Tanvi bought a Microbox Xbox controller on 16th June via Amazon India. After receiving the package on 18th June, she opened it only to find out that a snake was inside.
One Twitter user, whose handle is @Tanvxo shared the video alongside an explanation “Ordered Xbox controller from @amazonIN and received a free snake!”.

It is reported in various media houses that the couple claims they had been kept on hold by Amazon customer care for more than two hours, while they were left to “deal with the situation alone in the middle of the night.” But questions Amazon’s responsibility.
