Simple yet powerful tools from psychology can help us get out of our shell and work toward becoming better versions of ourselves. Here are five ways to let go and move forward with strength and confidence.

Focus on moving forward and committing to living your life in a way that you value. Stop focusing on the things you can’t control and start focusing on the things you can control and create a better future for yourself.
