Chief Judicial Magistrate Hathras said in the court order, “Medical documents submitted by the applicant support the claim that he suffered fractures. However, the police argued that the injuries were caused when the applicant jumped from a wall to avoid arrest. “If there is any discrepancy, a thorough investigation is required to ascertain the truth. The application has been accepted under Section 156 (3) of the CrPC.”
