The Indian cricket team, led by Rohit Sharma, is one of the teams that every cricket pundit predicts will reach the semi-finals of the forthcoming T20 World Cup.
Sunil Gavaskar, Brian Lara, Chris Morris, Matthew Hayden and other former cricketers predicted on a video posted by Star Sports on social media what they believed to be the four teams each will go through to the semi-finals.
The defending champions England and Australia are among the favorites who are widely expected to make it to this tournament’s semifinals.
USA and West Indies are co-hosting this event which will take place from 2nd June till 29th June.
India is pooled with rivals Pakistan, Ireland, USA (co-hosts) and Canada in group A world. Rohit & Co will begin their campaign against Ireland in New York on June 5 before crossing paths with Pakistan at the same venue on June 9.
