Srinagar: Security forces shot yet another terrorist, a doer, resistance (transfer factorHe had been hiding in the house in Kulgam district of J&K on Wednesday where the ‘area commander’ of the banned group was killed and one more unknown comrade who was at Redwani neighborhood on Tuesday.
According to a cop, the third day’s terrorist has been identified as Momin GulzarHe comes from Srinagar city center. After being halted briefly last night, it resumed back on Tuesday morning and Dar was among those killed during the clash.
Dar, hailing from Redwani, was reported missing for three years before joining TRF Lashkar-e-Taiba company. He is said to have been involved in over ten killings within the past two years including targeted ones. The NIA has placed a reward of 10 lakh rupees for his head.
The operation ended following Dar’s death but initially the police sources were confused about this fact. However, it turned out that there still exists the 3rd gunman hiding somewhere around here. He was discovered after checking a nearby house and a fresh series of shootings began Wednesday after twenty hours lull.
