A heartwarming anniversary post was shared by Sachin Tendulkar for his wife Anjali on social media. It depicted the couple in a lovely photograph that captures timeless love between them. His touching message showed his deep appreciation and love for Anjali celebrating their years together.
“I have melted many times even in freezing temperatures because of you, happy anniversary to such a person,” praised Tendulkar’s constant partner and the one who brings joy to his life.
Since 1995, Tendulkar and Anjali have been married, making them one of India’s most admired couples. However, they first met at an airport in 1990 after which they continued with their relationship despite Sachin’s subsequent rise in cricket career.
Anjali happens to be a doctor by profession.
They have two children: Sara and Arjun.
On Friday, it was a proud moment for Tendulkar as a father when daughter Sara finished her master’s degree course in Clinical & Public Health Nutrition.
Her father congratulated her along with pouring much praise and affection on her as well captioning this as “a beautiful day”. As of her convocation ceremony, the legend posted an emotional video while sharing her picture with mother Anjali.
“It was a beautiful day. The day our daughter completed her Masters with Distinction, from UCL’s Dept of Medicine, in Clinical & Public Health Nutrition. We feel so proud as parents having watched all the work you put through over the years to get here; it wasn’t easy. Here’s to all your dreams for the future. We know you’ll make them come true.
