In the third phase on May 7, voters will cast their votes in 94 Lok Sabha seats covering 10 states and 2 federal territories.Notably, all 26 seats in Gujarat will be contested in this phase
The third phase of voting for the 18th Lok Sabha elections will be held on May 7, involving 94 constituencies covering 10 states and two Union Territories (UTs). The voter turnout rate for the first two phases of the polls was 66.14% in the first phase (April 19) and 66.71% in the second phase (April 26).
In the third phase, the states that will go to polls are: Assam (4 seats), Bihar (5 seats), Chhattisgarh (7 seats), Goa (2 seats), Gujarat ( 26 seats), Karnataka (14 seats), Madhya Pradesh (8 seats), Maharashtra (11), Uttar Pradesh (10), West Bengal (4), Jammu and Kashmir ( 1), Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (2).
