According to the grapevine, Aneet Padda from the hit show Big Girls Don’t Cry is about to make it as a leading lady with Yash Raj Films!
Is the next big YRF heroine one of Big Girls Don’t Cry’s Aneet Padda?
A source said, “There is a strong buzz that YRF have signed on Aneet Padda after a brilliant audition. She has been given a huge film for her first release and that too as a typical YRF heroine! Over time, YRF has always supported highly skilled artists particularly outsiders who became famous later. The production feels she will be an interesting player in the future and hence wants her launchpad to be grand.”
The source also further revealed, “YRF will be introducing four talented new actors to its audience over one year. Aditya Chopra has always thrown his weight behind this industry’s newcomers and invested in them through mega budgeted first films. These 4 talents are going to be launched similarly!”
We hear that Aneet has impressed Aditya Chopra so much with her acting that she already won three film contract of YRF! This means that from now on, only the managing director talent at YRF Talent Management should have final say on which actor fits into their upcoming strategy.
