Yuvraj Singh is a former India’s cricket player, and the fans could expect the most out of their money, given the fact that he is one of those top 10 cricketers who never fails to entertain the crowd.
In one such incident during the 2007 T20 World Cup against England, a unique incident took place that will be remembered as ‘6 sixes in an over’: Yuvraj hit Edwin Stuart Broad out of the adults section of the stadium.
The extravagant south-paw who announced his retirement from cricket in the year 2019 June was invited as a guest in a video on Youtube titled ‘Club Prairie Fire’ podcast, which polled about the 6 hitters of the first obvious with consequences.
He told his story to Adam Gilchrist and Michael Vaughan regarding a confrontation he had with Andrew Flintoff and how, after exchange of words, he took out his anger on Stuart Broad who was bowling at that time and hit Broad for Six in all six balls.
As Yuvraj recalled the incident, “He spat at me. I remember telling him, ‘You see this bat in my hand, you know where it’s gonna go. It certainly went worse after that, that’s when the umpire came in.’”
Yuvraj’s gaze then turned toward the six sixes Yuvraj hit which were uploaded on ICC’s official YouTube channel.
With a grin, the host said, “You hitting Stuart Broad for 6 sixes has 96 million views on ICC’s YouTube page. I was just thinking, did you ever send them a bill for this?”
It made Yuvi burst into laughter. “I would have made a lot of money. But,” he mocked.
