Former Pakistan cricketer Kamran Akmal has specifically highlighted the impact of Ashwin and Jadeja in India’s Test squad while playing in India. This came after india secured its first test match victory with a score of 280 runs over Bangladesh where it was held in the first test in Chennai

Gill was welcomed back from injury b Alastair Cook scoring 119 not out in the second innings in yet another hundred against Bhukhan. “Shubman Gill came into the picture and played very well. It is very difficult for any player to score runs. You are massive players so it’s crucial for him to get runs,” said Akmal.
Rishabh Pant creating a comeback in Test cricket after a long time was also another inch of Victorian era in the match.
