The Indian cricket team which were Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya and many more landed in the country’s capital on Thursday early morning, where a few drops of rain could not prevent their fans from meeting them at the airport.
When they arrived at the hotel from the airport, Rohit Sharma and his colleagues were welcomed by an artistic troupe.
A feeling of being a champ of T20 World Cup was so overwhelming that Rohit himself also could not resist dancing for some minutes.
There was no exception for Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya who couldn’t help but do small moves of dance to entertain themselves for some few moments.
Suryakumar Yadav did some bhangra after taking an amazing catch in the finals which actually changed game’s course completely.
Afterwards, when Virat walked past him to bat at number three on his way out to field he shook his legs as Hardik Pandya who bowled last over in final match with a smiley face went by him only to stand off against him and he had played match winning knock in final innings of previous year’s ipl finale.
Later today, before returning home through open bus parade along marine drive starting from Nariman Point all the players will be going to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
