In One of the promos of the episode, which also features the captain of India’s T20 team that won the World Cup this year, the viewer sees some of the Indian players having fun. He mocked Rohit Sharma’s forgetfulness by amusingly directing a question to him that literally depicts his famous lapses.
This promo also features Suryakumar Yadav who succeeded other players when Rohit announced retirement from T20I Captaincy in the International arena after the World Cup on June this year.
Apart from Rohit and Surya, other Indian players who also joined the comedy show in having fun included Arshdeep Singh, Shivam Dube and Axar Patel.
In a promotional video that is making the rounds on social media, there was a question asked by Archana Puran Singh which dumbfounded Rohit.
“Team India ka Ghajini kaun hai?” she queried. However, team members were still giggling at what the skipper was saying, saying ‘Yeh asli title hai mera.’ It had everyone cracking up.
‘Ghajini’ is a Bollywood movie where the character is referred to as Ghajini, who has short term memory loss. Archana with her tongue in cheek question humorously compared Rohit’s inability to remember things to a character played by a super star Aamir khan in the movie Ghajini.
On many occasions his teammates have highlighted instances when he forgot his cellphone, iPad, wallet or at times even passport.
Currently, Rohit is captaining the Indian team for the second Test match against Bangladesh in a series which India leads 1-0.
