Reportedly the Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha is putting her posh Bandra apartment on the market. This development comes a short while after she was reported to have hosted her wedding festivities with Zaheer Iqbal at the same venue.
A Luxurious Pad with a Price Tag
The video recently posted by one of the real estate firms showed an astonishing 4,200 square-foot apartment in Bandra West, offering an amazing view over sea and luxurious interiors worth around INR 5 crore. The asking price for this apartment is INR 250 million.
This property was easily identified as Sonakshi Sinha’s house thanks to previous glimpses shared via social media platforms by the actress and during an Architectural Digest India video tour. It played a role in Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding celebrations as one of their intimate venues.
A New Chapter
Let me however mention here that Sonakshi had moved into the above mentioned house in May last year. On Instagram, Sonakshi told her fans along with some photographs stating “Adulting – HARD!!!! Head is swirling with plants and pots and lights and mattresses and plates and cushions and chairs and tables, forks and spoons, sinks and bins…. AAAARGH!!! Doing up a house is NOT easy!!!”
According to reports, this decision has been prompted by her buying another property situated within the same building at Rs 110 million in September 2023.
