More series of searches have been conducted by the NIA in the Diwas or curfew area within Rajouri and Reasi district in connection to the investigation of Terror Attack that occurred in the month of June against the pilgrims bus returning from the temple of Shiv Khori, said the officials.
NIA is carrying out search operations at seven sites across Jammu and Kashmir as per the information that has been relayed.
On June 9, 9 people – including 7 pilgrims from outside Jammu Kashmir- were shot down along with 41 other people who suffered injuries when terrorists fired bullets into the bus carrying the tourists. The bus, returning from the Shiv Khori temple to Katra, was fired at and fell into a deep gorge close to A structured abstract, with structured sections- Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Key words etc
Also, a two years old boy of the state of Rajasthan and a 14 year boy from Uttar Pradesh were also amongst the dead.
On June 17, it was reported that the case pertaining to terror attack was transferred to the NIA by MHA.
So far only one person is known to have been arrested in this case, a certain Hakam Khan of Rajouri who reportedly provided food, accommodation and logistical support to the terrorists who also assisted them in surveilling the area prior to the attack.
The details of the operation are classified, however, the sources confirmed its presence since the morning.
The people are in the process of searching, and more information is still pending, they stated.
The NIA had carried out searches at five sites belonging to hybrid terrorists and their OGWs in Ra jouri on June 30.
