According to officials, the meeting was attended by: Giridhar Aramane, Secretary of Defense; Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor; General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of Army Staff; Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, DGMO; and heads of security-related agencies. The meeting is being held at South Block; it comes a day before Independence Day on August 15th.
