Imran Khan, the man behind the PTI party in Pakistan and currently under arrest at Adiala Jail, has not struck any deal, according to Gohar Ali Khan who is the party’s Chairman. He added that Imran was ready to forgive for the sake of Pakistan if he would be forgiven too, according to a report by The Express Tribune.
Outside the jail after meeting with former prime minister of Pakistan at Adiala Jail on Monday, Gohar Ali Khan told journalists. “We have said over and over again that there should be dialogues”, said Gohar. The PTI founder hasn’t been made any offers yet. He is willing to forget all injustices against him so as to move forward the country,” stated The Express Tribune.
Also talking about this matter lawyers have visited Imran Khan in his Cellat Central Prison and are now taking legal action based on their suggestions. Nor can he contact his sons as told by Gohar Ali Khan adding that he should be able to speak with them every second week at least.
The leader of PTI also criticized Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s recent trip to China saying “Pakistan has taken away nothing although it visited China.” Government is unable to meet its expenditure” In order for Imran Khan’s cases to proceed more expeditiously, he called upon judiciary while mentioning how vital it was for talks not to stagnate.

Imran Khan aged 71 once served as Prime Minister of Pakistan between 2018 and 2022. Since August 2023 when she was arrested on several counts such as Toshakhana case, cipher case, un-Islamic marriage case etc., she has been confined in Adiala Jail.
Pakistan staged the twelfth general election in February but their fairness is under a spotlight especially by PTI that has alleged tampering with votes and an uneven playing field. PTI-backed independent candidates even won most seats despite losing its election symbol; nevertheless, the government is composed of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) among other smaller parties.
