As a shocking twist twist, cricketer MS Dhoni has a brief cameo in Thalapathy Vijay’s movie GOAT. Though Dhoni himself doesn’t feature in the film, there is a sequence in the film where Vijay who is in the film is shown playing during an IPL match of Dhoni.
Audience response during this brief duration of Dhoni’s brief appearance in GOAT was enough in terms of exciting the audience with moments of cheered and clapped. Vijay, being a fan of Dhoni’s and Dhoni, being fan of Vijay, both their fans call them ‘Thala’.
Although MS Dhoni is adored all over the world, he has a very wide fan base in Chennai because of his INDIAN PREMIER LEAGUE Team CSK. I am also a fan of Ms Dhoni in which M.K.Stalin, chief minister of Tamilnadu expressed said that Adopted child of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.S. Dhoni should continue playing for CSK.
The most awaited flick GOAT (Greatest of All Time) of Thalapathy Vijay was released in solo date of September 5 2024. With a weak storyline and poor direction, Directed by Venkat Prabhu The film however is noteworthy in that this is likely to be one of the last few films Vijay will do before completely entering a political career, being in and creating the graphics of the poster that bears his offered name ‘Tamil Selvi Peravai’we form which he plans to apply for the state elections in Tamil Nadu in the year 2026.
In GOAT, the role of an hero and villain are played by the same person, and that person is Vijay. There are actors Prashanth, Prabhudheva and Sneha and music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
