On Wednesday, a video on social media emerged of Pakistani captain Babar Azam and his teammate Azam Khan wiping their faces with banknotes which has created controversies.
Both have been criticized for their thoughtless behavior before England’s T-20I series starting tomorrow.
The video showed Babar recording as Azam wiped his forehead with some cash from another country, apparently making fun of him.
Their followers ruthlessly trolled the two players for being immature in their actions
Pakistan recently took a 2-1 victory over Ireland in the three-match T20I series.
Following this, Pakistan led by Babar will face England in a four-match T20I series, which will be their last bilateral series before the forthcoming T20 World Cup in Americas.
