Soon after Pitroda’s comments attracted attention, the BJP accused the Congress party of having a “dangerous and divisive mentality”

Days after senior Congress leader Sam Pitroda came under scrutiny for his “estate tax” remarks, he made headlines again on Wednesday for his recent “racist” remarks about the appearance of Indians. However, soon after Pitroda’s remarks attracted attention, the BJP accused the grand old party of having a “dangerous and divisive mentality”.

Following Pitroda’s statement, the chief ministers of the BJP-ruled northeastern states of Assam and Manipur attacked the Congress leader and demanded an apology from the Congress party.

Highlighting how India has developed into a shining example of democracy in the world, Sam Pitroda Commented on the appearance of Indians from different states.

“We can unite a country as diverse as India – people from the east look like Chinese, people from the west look like Arabs, people from the north look like white people, people from south India look like Africans. Manipur, Assam chief ministers demand apology from Congress

Manipur Chief Minister Biren Singh hit back at Sam Pitroda’s comments on the appearance of the Northeast, demanding an apology from the Congress party. BJP hits back at Congress’ ‘divisive mentality’

Regarding Sam Pitroda’s remarks, Arunachal Pradesh MP and Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said: “I am not surprised, but I am very angry. This is not Sam Pitroda’s personal view. Congress accepted it All his thoughts so Congress should not come out and say this is his personal comment Rahul Gandhi and Pitroda have foreign mindset and they want to end our culture.

Nagaland Minister Temjen Imna told CNN-News18, “It is always the Congress party’s fault. They speak without knowing the traditions of the Northeast. They should be punished. They should come here and live with us. Look at the BJP How to know us so well.

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Tejasvi Suriya also mocked the Congress, calling it “the party of destruction OG” after its leader made racist remarks. “This comment is no different from Churchill’s evaluation of us. No wonder RG became like this after being trained by him! He added.

Calling Pitroda the “Shakuni of the Congress”, BJP spokesperson CR Kesavan Sam attacked the great old party and said the overseas Congress president’s racist remarks exposed the party’s ” Danger and schizophrenia”.

BJP leader responds to Sam Pitroda’s remarks while speaking to him CNN-News18 “The remarks made by the President of the Indian Overseas Congress in a recent interview are the greatest slander against Indians ever,” he said.
