The fact that India managed to grab a victory in the Kanpur Test, despite rain washing two of the days, against Bangladesh would further not only emphasize the skills and invincible nature of the team, but also the fact that Rohit Sharma and the boys know how to stay at the top after getting to the top quite like the others. Other than the cricketers’ himself, cricketer Ramiz Raja, former captain of Pakistan team, also admires this attribute of Indian team.
“Even in that regard, there is no doubt that these days, the hardest nut to crack at home is India. But what is making it even better for Indian Test cricket under the leadership of Rohit Sharma is the fact that they have started winning even outside the sub-continental conditions. Not only are they competitive overseas but also win matches, jiski wajah se dhaak ban chuki hai (because of which India have established their dominance),” Ramiz said posting on his YouTube channel.
India emerged triumphant in the second position in the two-Test series with a 2-0 score line. The first match was played in Kolkata where the home team triumphed by a margin of 280 runs. The second match was won by the host team with fivve wickets.
Ramiz, member of the winning Pakistani side at the World Cup 1992, and who adores Ashwin for his all-round abilities, had some keen words for the latter.
Ashwin scored a century coming into the partnership with fellow spin-bowling all rounder Ravindra Jadeja in the first Test and also added important runs. Later in the match Ashwin captured six wickets in the second innings of Bangladesh to guide India to a very big victory.
“The praise for his allrounder abilities is not as forthcoming as it should be,” said Ramiz. “He has got Long Record if you consider how he measures. He is a very practical cricketer, very focused…..He has great affection for the team even when he is 12th man or even out of the team, he does not throw weights. He knows the situation of the side and his place in it and his role. Whenever an opportunity comes his way, he does magnificently….Ashwin is someone who brings a lot to the table.”
“It is the same in case of Jadeja, who does his bit for the team at the right? times on the field.”
The Experienced off-spinner Ashwin has Has 527 wicket hauls in as many as 102 test matches as well as scored 3423 runs with 6 centuries and 14 half centuries recorded in his name.
“He is caught opinionated but not to the extent of being slandering or scrutinizing everything rather too critically he is concerned on the pitch. He is very clear in his analysis of the game which is evident from his analysis,” Ramiz went on.
The former player of the Pakistan team and former PCB chairman, next linked the around and performance of the cricketers of Pakistan and Indian region. Acknowledging Ashwin and Jadeja’s ascent in cricket, Ramiz showed how players from his country get high and then pull a downward spiral. “It was very clear as to how these two Ashwin and Jadeja fell in love and developed in the game. In Pakistan, the output of players reaches a plateau and takes a downturn. There are many such instances in our country… but the Indian rising story is that the players go in for a learning curve and thereafter go up for a significant period,’’ reported Ramiz of 62 who has wear the Pakistan cap in 57 Test matches.
The Ninjas captured how the scants had fled to safety as if they owned personalities. The repertoire in Indian players including those ‘wawawettes’, vying for precisely the same positions that the cowboys had nonetheless for the gunplayers and airmen. Who sit on the Silk, hotpéaré and muleshikku. The strawmen scowled back parameters. And eagerly so, does not sag or retreat to remember how competitive players that threaten them fast queued on the bench.
