According to the latest available trends of counting underway for 25 constituencies in the state on I st June, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led in 24 Lok Sabha seats in Gujarat and Congress in one.
BJP candidates were leading at all seats except Patan where its candidate is second.

Thus, out of a total of 26 seats in Gujarat, polling was held for 25. Congress candidate Sonal Patel is trailing behind Union Home Minister Amit Shah by a margin of over votes.
In Rajkot, BJP candidate Parshottam Rupala was leading with more than two times his rival Paresh Dhanani’s votes.
Mansukh Mandaviya was ahead with a lead of more than one lakh votes against Lalit Vasoya who came next with less than that figure at Porbandar to represent BJP against Congress party respectively.
