NEW DELHI: Indian cricketers hit the ground running after reaching Brisbane for the third Test at The Gabba against Australia in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
India won the opening Test in Perth and the Aussies came back strongly for a big win in the pink-ball Test in Adelaide.

IND vs AUS: Rohit Sharma has had a terrible time with the bat in whites

With series level 1-1, the third Test, that starts on Saturday, is pivotal in the series as the winner of this Test will surely have the advantage.
On the eve of the third Test, the Indian cricket board (BCCI) shared a link of a video on their official X handle of Team India‘s creative fielding drill with fielding coach T Dilip.
The video has Dilip dividing the Indian cricketers into three groups with 6 targets with different length and breadth in a knockout game. Dilip specifies that each group will have maximum 18 balls to bring down 6 targets and once a stump is hit, it will be removed.
The Indian cricketers start the drill enthusiastically but Indian captain Rohit Sharma misses his target, with Harshit Rana hitting the bull’s eye.
The video has Rishabh Pant making a point that one ball is over after Nitish Reddy fails to collect the ball as Mohammed Siraj makes a successful hit.
Virat Kohli cautions the other group not to overstep a cone that is the starting point as Pant also hits the target and jokes that Sarfaraz Khan wants to play from both the groups.
Ravindra Jadeja argues that he did hit the target as Dilip declares the second group as the winners and the cricketers surround him arguing and protesting his decision.
Dilip eventually asks the first and the third group to take the drill again this time with a six-ball target and the Indians enthusiastically get back to the drill.
