On Tuesday at a basement bar in Kyiv, Antony Blinken was playing a red guitar. He had a message for Ukraine which highlighted that Ukraine is not only supported by many countries including the US but also that these states protect the values of a free world. Together with his band 19.99, Blinken performed at Barman Dictat in the capital this week when he was in Kyiv.
