Two Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Telangana strongmen, the incumbent party president G. Kishan Reddy who was also a Union Minister in the previous cabinet, and his predecessor Bandi Sanjay Kumar assumed office as Union Minister of Coal & Mines and Union Minister of State for Home Affairs respectively on Thursday morning in New Delhi. The pair are among the eight BJP MPs that won from Telangana.
Mr. Reddy has been reelected for the second time in Secunderabad constituency and Mr. Sanjay Kumar too repeated the feat from Karimnagar constituencies in 2024 Parliament elections.
.Both grew up through the ranks, beginning with humble beginnings as mere workers before rising to higher positions due to their hard work, faithfulness, and selflessness toward their political party – “Galli to Delhi”
Among them is this duo which belongs to Telangana’s top eight BJP elected parliamentarians bearing no resemblance at all even if it is compared with such a number during undivided Andhra Pradesh days in Telugu states alike.
