The winner of the third season of Bigg Boss OTT was actress Sana Makbul, most known for her role in the Star Plus romantic drama Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon. However, Actress didn’t have it easy as she had a confrontation with Ranvir Shorey and some arguments with Malik family too. In another event, rapper Naezy aka Naved Shaikh who co-presented with her during the final show talked about how he felt about staying in BB house and lambasted Ranvir Shorey’s and Armaan Malik’s manners.
Naved Shaikh did not hold back when talking about their treatment of women. In an interview published by DNA India, he condemned male behaviour towards women as he said “Unko samajna chaiye ki ladkiyon se kaisi baat karni chahiye. Ladkiyon se tehzeeb se baat karni chaiye, within the lines baat honi chaiye. Aur agar aap line cross karte ho, toh woh aapki galti hai. Aap national television pe agar aisa kar rahe ho toh aapko thodi akal honi chaiye (They should know how to speak to a woman. Women should be treated with respects but a line should be maintained even during argument. If you are crossing that line then its your own fault. If you are doing something like this on national television, you should have some sense and should try to avoid it).”
It will be rembered by fans of reality TV show that time when Ranvir Shorey and Sana Makbul were always arguing against each other with one particular Bollywood star calling her ‘gutterchaap’ after commenting on his personal life which included dragging his broken marriage with Konkana Sen Sharma into their fight over his son from previous marriage. But still, according to Naved, all this can’t excuse a man dishonoring a woman. Also, Armaan Malik was condemned by many even insiders of the industry when he came with his two wives – Payal and Kritika Malik and thus promoted polygamy.
