Elon Musk prepared himself to perform system scaling tests before his “major interview” with Donald Trump, a former US president.
In an announcement via his Truth Social account, Trump said, “ON MONDAY NIGHT I’LL BE DOING A MAJOR INTERVIEW WITH ELON MUSK — Details to follow!”
His campaign later confirmed that he would be interviewed by the Tesla chief on Monday at 8 pm Eastern.
“President Trump wants you to like this post. President Trump will have Elon Musk interview him on Monday at 8 pm Eastern. Like it and you’ll get notified when the interview starts. IT WILL BE THE INTERVIEW OF THE CENTURY! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Team Trump wrote in a tweet that went viral on X.
Musk also shared his plan for the upcoming interview saying, “Am going to do some system scaling test tonight & tomorrow in advance of conversation with @realDonaldTrump.”
Trump-Musk Friendship
The good relationship between Trump and Musk was obvious as seen back when Tesla’s CEO responded to Republican nominee for US Presidential election returning on X calling it ‘next level’.
On his social media account X, Elon Musk reshared Trump’s post and said, “Next-level.”
Even so in one of the rallys where he said “I love Elon. He’s great…I mean he endorsed me and great endorsement and everything else but not everybody has to have an electric car.”
What is scalability test?
It is a technique used during software testing that focuses on increasing or decreasing its performance parameters as per different situations. Software quality analysts usually group together performance, scalability and reliability testing.
Scalability testing aims at determining how many users can use the web application simultaneously without affecting end user experience under high load. For example if a web page can be accessed within a certain time limit with limited delay in response. Similarly another goal is to check whether the server will cope i.e. Will the server crash with heavy load on it? Different parameters would be tested depending upon the application being tested. If a web page was being tested, then one would test for the highest possible number of simultaneous users.
Scalability testing has various advantages including improved user experience, cost savings, better bug detection as well as more enhanced performance metrics.
