The state Minister of Industries, P. Rajeeve, visited the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology centre for Education (KITE) regional at Edappally while a seminar for teachers on how to use artificial intelligence in education was taking place.
Minister for Industry P. Rajeeve says that such training has the ability to increase efforts aimed at turning Kerala into a knowledge-based economy due to its ability to train teachers about Artificial Intelligence (AI).
He further stated that “it’s an exceptional training to over 80,000 teachers; this will act as a major boost towards the forthcoming conference on generative AI which takes place in July,” during his visit at KITE’s regional center in Edappally on May 25th.
Mr. Rajeeve pointed out that within 15 years, Kerala would be transformed into a destination for knowledge-based industries. He added that ‘the trained human resource is our state’s power’ and ‘such kind of programs will contribute towards improving their learning skills aligned with changing trends.’
