The minister of culture of Romania will approach Louis Vuitton, a luxurious French fashion brand, to admit that one of its 2024 collections was directly inspired by a Romanian traditional blouse. The said blouse is usually characterized with detailed needlework and fringes and commonly accepted as the embodiment of Romania’s diverse folk culture. There was no comment from Louis Vuitton.
