A teacher of age thirty, Tayla Brailey who hails from a school in south-west Sydney was apprehended and accused of sexually molesting one of her 17-year-old students.
The woman was arrested and brought by video link to Liverpool local court on Wednesday where she received bail subject to conditions as stated by The Guardian.
The pedagogue has been suspended without pay pending the outcome of the hearing after her arrest.
As it turned out, Tayla Brailey admitted to having assisted police investigation during the trial. In addition, there were spontaneous admissions concerning the charges and giving permission for search through her mobile phone as well as videos from the student’s mobile phone and CCTV footages.
In court, her parents and husband assisted her. On bail, she must live at an Illawarra address with a parent at all times, stop using social media and refrain from going to any educational institution.
Again on October 2nd the case will be mentioned in Campbelltown Court.
