Donald Trump, the ex-President of the United States and Republican nominee, swiftly reacted to Kamala Harris’ speech on Thursday during the last evening of Democratic National Convention. Trump accused her of ‘lying’ while formally accepting Democrats’ presidential nomination and shared his live reactions with X on his Truth Social account.

On Truth Social, Trump wrote, “I am about to be fair yet critical of her Kamala Harris. My Play by Play will be on TRUTH Social starting SOON!”

Trump did not waste time when he started his posts as Harris began her speech. He posted that she opened remarks were blasting away at him saying “Too many ‘Thank yous,’ too rapidly said, what’s going on with her?”

Besides tweeting about how kamala deviated in early childhood and career ambition but rather concentrate more on other important matters such as “A lot of talk about childhood, we’ve got to get to the Border, Inflation, and Crime!”

In her speech where she made a strong case for Ukraine as well as Nato (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), she also attacked Trump over some comments he has been making on Ukraine conflict.

“As President, I will stand strong with Ukraine and our Nato allies,” said Harris as she underscored her commitment to international alliances.

She went further to say that 5 days before Russia invaded Ukraine; she had warned president Volodymyr Zelenskyy touching off diplomatic action taken by America bringing together over fifty nations in support of Ukraine campaign against Russian aggression.

Trump was quick in defending himself arguing that NATO is no longer part of an old order sending out this tweet: “Nato wasn’t paying their Bills, almost every Country was delinquent. When I said ‘If you don’t pay we’re out- United States tired being Sucker,’ billions rolled in & saved Nato!”

Moreover, this was an ideal moment for Trump to attack Harris since it concerned immigration issues that were domestic. Harris spoke on this as well when she addressed about reforming America’s broken immigration system in her speech at DNC.

The President cautioned Americans that she intended to offer citizenship to all illegal migrants. Trump tweeted, “She just called to give all Illegals CITIZENSHIP, SAY GOODBYE TO THE USA! SHE IS A RADICAL MARXIST!”

Through his social media accounts then Republican nominee further observed that: “She talked about the Rule of Law but, as Border Czar, she allowed 20 Million people into our Country, many of them Criminals, who are MAIMING and KILLING our people!”

Despite never officially holding the position of border czar, top Republicans including Trump have often referred to Harris as a failed one on social networks or during campaign rallies. In March 2021, President Biden assigned her separate duties addressing the ‘root causes’ of immigration into the US from actual oversight of border enforcement.

In her speech, Harris further pointed out how Trump has spoken positively about Russia’s Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jung-Un in the past, claiming, “I will not cozy up to tyrants and dictators.”

Trump responded on Twitter by saying that “The Tyrants are laughing at her; she is weak and ineffective. For three and a half years, she has done nothing but enable them to become STRONG, RICH, and POWERFUL!”

Also he slammed Harris by saying “Under Comrade Kamala Harris there will be no future for America because she Will lead us into Nuclear World War III! She will never earn the respect of the Tyrants of the World!”

Harris stated on the last night of DNC that she would always stand for Israel’s right to defend itself while also urging for a release of hostages and ceasefire.

She also acknowledged that Gaza is in desperate straits as she said “Similarly devastating are what happened in Gaza these past 10 months with many innocent lives lost. Desperate hungry people fleeing to safe haven time after another. It is a pitiable condition.”

On Twitter, Trump replied: “SHE HATES ISRAEL – Wouldn’t even show up to Congress for Netanyahu’s session!” He went ahead stating that “She caused the Attack of October 7th. Iran was BROKE – Didn’t have money for Hezbollah!”

Kamala Harris took center stage as she officially accepted her nomination almost one month after joining the race due to President Joe Biden dropping out.
