Dharma Productions is at it again, with a new comedy film titled Bad Newz that is looking to bring back the box office success of their 2019 hit Good Newwz. The movie has an amazing cast which includes Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. This threesome promises some delightful on-screen chemistry. This Friday the trailer will be out.

Karan Johar announced on Tuesday that he had released three individual posters of the actors saying, “Meet the trio-uble makers bringing #BadNewz this season!” Describing each character he mentions “Akhil Chadha…sab toh vadda!,” played by Vicky Kaushal then follows Triptii who plays “Saloni, who is ready to take the test!?” and finally Ammy who plays, “Gurbir paaji – rola pai gaya ji!”
The details surrounding the actual plot are still under wraps but there have been reports suggesting that it might explore heteropaternal superfecundation as a rare phenomenon where twins can have different fathers.
Adding excitement to this news, Ananya Panday will have a cameo appearance in it. Anand Tiwari directs Bad Newz. Film will hit cinemas July 19, 2024.
