John Abraham’s much-awaited film, Veda is releasing its trailer on August 1 and the fans are going crazy with excitement. This film also features Sharvari Wagh, Tammannah Bhatia and Abhishek Banerjee and is programmed for release on August 15, Independence Day.

The expectations are high as John Abraham, known for his high octane performance is at the helm. At the same time though, it is a very crowded month at the box office since there are other big films coming out in theatres like Khel Khel Mein, Stree 2 and Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba on Netflix around that time as well giving us a competitive independence day weekend.
Moreover, Mr. Bachchan from South starring Ravi Teja will also swamp up theatres thereby further adding to the congestion in cinemas come august. Nevertheless, Veda’s makers believe that their movie which combines action with drama and suspense will standout amongst others.
