In a phased manner interalia through joint venture with Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, Vashu-studio at Juhu has plans to convert the Juhu office to Pooja Luminaire-a posh 16 recently launched tower of residential apartments. It is expected that this combination on the land subdivision and lifestyle residential tower will earn over ₹400 crores and this is the first step towards real estate business expansion.
