On Thursday, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) stated that they will offer a reward of up to $25,000 for information that will lead to the apprehension of Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, who is accused of killing her toddler son Noel Alvarez.
The personality of the Special Agent in Charge of the Dallas FBI Chad Yarbrough was, “Cindy Rodriguez Singh is wanted for allegedly murdering her young son … The impact of the press, the amount of the reward (which is generous), and the employees of the FBI Fort Worth Resident Agency violent crimes squad, Everman Police Department, Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, Texas DPS-Texas Rangers who are solely dedicated to perpetual task force gives me confidence that she will be arrested. The community of Everman needs justice for Noel.”
On December,10, 2023, a federal warrant was issued for Singh’s arrest and Singh was charged with Capital murder in the district court of Tarrant County Fort worth Texas. The events which led to this case begin in October of the year 2023 when the Texas department of family and protective services sought the assistance of the Everman police department officers to conduct a welfare check on the boy who had not been seen alive since October 2022.
Rodriguez Singh informed officers that the boy had been with his biological father living in Mexico since November 2022 to avoid being arrested when the child welfare check was done.
FBI also said that fugitive Rodriguez Singh ha also extensions to India stating that on March 22, 2023, she and her husband together with six minor children boarded a flight going to India.
According to the broadcasts of CBS News, the child’s stepfather turned out to be Arshdeep Singh, showing her ties to India.
She was born in 1985 in Dallas, Texas, making her 39 years today. The fugitive might be aged 5 feet 1 inch to 5 feet 3 inches, her weight is between 120- 140 pounds, medium skin color, and tattooed on her back, both legs and right arm, right hand and right calf. Her eyes are brown and she has brown hair.
“Finding Cindy Rodriguez Singh, immediately, is a matter of such grave consequence, for the end of justice, the wellbeing of the society, and even more that of one other child residing in her custody and her all,” Chief Spencer underscored.
