In Maharashtra’s Thane district, three men have been booked for allegedly molesting and assaulting a 21-year-old woman during Ganesh festival. An officer completed the police formality.
“This incident happened on Sunday night of 8th September, 2004 outside hospital in Diva area,” he stated.
“The culprits had misbehaved with the incensed women while coming out for the immersion of the idol. When she attempted to fight back, all of them started using words and went away” he said.
