According to the list of merit published in Chennai, up to 15 students have obtained 200 marks for admission into undergraduate veterinary programs.

On August 7, 2024, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University issued the BVSc & AH (Academic, Vocational and Special Categories) and B.Tech (Academic and Special Categories) Eligible Candidates List for the academic year 2024-25.

Toppers: Dhivya G. from Villupuram, Abishree V. from Erode, Surya K.M. of Villupuram, Aswitha K. of Madurai and Naveena R. from Ariyalur district have topped with an aggregate of 200.000 marks for B.VSc and AH degree programme.

Dhivya G., scored a total of 200; Durgadevi P., Abinaya R., both from Ariyalur secured scores of 199.500 while Manoj Karthik R., Tiruvannamalai and Sargunapriya S., Dharmapuri scored 198.500 respectively.

Ashokpriyan P has amassed the highest score among candidates vying for BVSc and AH degree program under government schools through a preferential reservation quota that stands at 7.5% with an overall mark of about 199.500; Ragavi R from Dharmapuri; Udhayakumar Sof Erode together with Balaji K situated in Dharmapuri got themselves grades equal to or close to 198.5 while Hariraj V from Ranipet ended up being her leader at this particular ranking system obtaining the score ranging between 198 – For BTech degree program, it is worth mentioning that Kanimozhi K hailing from Kalakurichi got the score of 196.500; Nandha R has an index of 193.000 and Ragavi R, both from Ariyalur with 191.000 marks; Janthnisha K of Salem obtained 189.5 points while Santhiya J.S hailing from Namakkal managed to acquire 189.0.

There were 14,497 applications for BVSc and AH degree programme and the University received a total of 17,497 applications out of which only 3,000 were for B.Tech (Food Technology / Poultry Technology / Dairy Technology) degree programmes.

The merit list is available on Tanuvas websites https://adm.tanuvas.ac.in and https://tanuvas.ac.in.
