Two significant real estate dealings in Mumbai by popular actress Tamannaah Bhatia were recently highlighted. According to reports, she rented an exclusive office space in the city and pledged various properties.
Luxury Office Space in Juhu Tara
The actress is said to have taken on lease a commercial property measuring 6,065 square feet in Juhu Tara, one of the wealthy areas of Mumbai. A five-year lease agreement with Nanavati Construction at Rs 18 lakh per month has been made. The rent will rise in fourth and fifth year respectively escalating it to Rs 20.16 lakh and Rs 20.96 lakh per month respectively. The deal was reportedly sealed on June 27th with Tamannaah Bhatia paying a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh.
Mortgage on Andheri Apartments
In another transaction, Bhatia reportedly mortgaged three of her apartments located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri to lender Indian Bank. It has been claimed that the total value of mortgage totaled to be Rs 7.84 crore. The registration took place on June 14th where Tamannaah Bhatia paid stamp duty worth Rs4.70 lakhs.
