The high court also directed the Chandigarh police to engage traffic experts to prepare a traffic management plan for the road, which will be open from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays.
The closure of the road forced people traveling between Nayagaon and Sukhna Lake to take a long detour through neighboring areas of the city.
