According to an inside source, “The shoot for Lahore 1947 has just ended after a tough long lasting period of seventy days. The whole thing was done without taking breaks. It has been wonderful to see amazing actors bring absolute magic to the screen with their performances.” In fact we can barely say that filming is over because there is still minor works left once editing will be locked. According to Raj ji, he says he could see what they captured and he was thrilled about it; capturing several crowd sequences were taken.

The movie will be directed by popular director Rajkumar Santoshi who has a reputation for quality storytelling techniques.
