There are many world renowned persons in the field of fashion; however, she was the only celebrity from India. According to some reports by journalists, she is a global style icon and her role as India’s culture ambassador brings her into contact with Dior’s latest masterpieces including its couture.

In addition to this, she has been included in a number of exclusive committees including South Asia Acquisition Committee of Tate Modern that no other Indian actor or actress could have done.
