However, it’s only until 14th June 2024 that we can receive any updates about the much anticipated film Sikandar after Chandu Champion has been released.
“This Kabir Khan directed movie is special for both Kartik Aaryan and Sajid Nadiadwala. Hence, all energies are directed towards conversations around it at present. After Chandu Champion release on June 14, Sajid Nadiadwala will be fully involved in its marketing and buzz generation campaign to make sure it reaches out to its target audience,” a source told us.
The source added that behind the scenes shoot starting at June 20 is one way in which they thought to announce Sikandar. “June 20 marks the beginning of Sikandar’s journey as shooting begins and then reveal another BTS i.e. behind-the-scene still with Indian Cinema’s next ‘Sikandar’ – Salman Khan. This has been planned so that there isn’t any overlap between two campaigns by keeping them distinct from each other completely.Sajid likes working on a project one day at a time rather than succumbing into pressures thus leading to false updates.He does trust his crew members like Chandy since he knows he has got his full support ,” the source said.
Sajid Nadiadwala has lined up some of Bollywood’s biggest films starting with Chandu Champion in June 2024; followed by Sikandar in March 2025; and Housefull 5 in June 2025. The updates on these two movies with Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar will only start coming from second half of this year hence their fans will have to wait a little longer.
