This Independence Day, Cop-Verse has been replaced by Dinesh Vijan’s Cinematic Universe! However, after the film was postponed, Stree 2 featuring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao pulled out their new release date which is August 15.
It looks like Amar Kaushik’s directorial has been preponed by two weeks it was to end within this month. The news on the release date of Stree 2 was shared by Maddock Films through their social media platforms and they also disclosed that on June 14th the teaser will be launched in theaters with Sharvari Wagh starrer Munjya which hit the big screens just a few days ago.” saying, “Iss swatantrata diwas, aa rahi hai #Stree fir se! #Stree2 in cinemas this Independence Day, 15th August 2024. Other releases clash with Stree 2
Recent reports indicate that even Pushpa 2: The Rule may delay because work on it is not yet done while Singham Again would have clashed since if released on August 15. On Indian Independence Day T-Series will produce Khel Khel Mein featuring Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor and many others cast members.
